The demand for new sprayed concrete lining (SCL) has increased dramatically in recent years with major new tunnelling projects in the airport, rail, hydro and power generation industries.

Gunform can install sprayed concrete linings to tunnels and shafts, incorporating conventional reinforcement or alternatively steel or polypropylene fibres. Linings can also incorporate spray applied waterproof membranes, and/or spray applied fire protection coatings.

With the deterioration of original brick lined tunnels, specialist sprayed concrete strengthening and repairs have become a core feature of our business.

We have invested in robotic spraying equipment allowing us to provide a comprehensive range of both manual and robotic sprayed tunnel and shaft lining.
