Quality
Gunform has ISO9001 certification and carries out work in accordance with Company policy and procedures. All of our employees undertake in-house training and regular performance monitoring
Quality testing is carried out on concrete mixes to confirm performance and strength.
These tests can involve slump and flow tests, early strength testing, regular cube and core testing for strength and beam tests for flexural strengths of fibre reinforced mixes.
We work in accordance with industry standards, SCA Code of Practice and the EFNARC European Specification for sprayed concrete.

Our site staff are trained and certified in the following industry standards:-

- Sprayed Concrete Association (SCA) Competency
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- IPAF Plant Driving Certification
- Network Rail Personal Track Safety (PTS)
- Construction Site Supervisors Safety Certificate
- Confined Space Working
- PASMA (Mobile Scaffolding)
All our Nozzlemen have recently undertaken new pre-construction tests, involving extensive test panels and core monitoring, for approval to carry out works on projects for the Highways Agency. These tests involve both overhead and horizontal test panels. Panels are tested for reinforcement encapsulation, bond and strength criteria.
